looking for a challenge

I'm curious about the different challenges you guys participate in.

OK maybe not one like this.

Or this

I've done a few atc swaps and weekly art challenges and I'm looking for something new to try. I know there are tons out there. Weekly word, color, phrase, table settings, work space, funny photo...

I'd love to hear what challenges you're doing or favorite ones you've done before.

And if you've ever done a challenge like this I'd love to hear about it too.

I've been wondering the same thing so I'm thrilled to see your post :-) I'm familiar with some of the art theme challenges, etc but have not yet participated and would like to hear more ideas on what's out there. I look forward to seeing what others suggest

I sometimes participate in the butterfly effect weekly themed challenge at www.butterscape.blogspot.com. I'm also hosting a Mermaid Swap if you're interested ;)

I'm curious about this as well, now that my summer challenges and courses are coming to an end. Looking forward to seeing what others are participating in or hosting. :)

I'm courious about this too..I can't wait to see what the other bloggers come up with and what you decide to do. Maybe a photo swap of some sort?

I believe you hit a nerve......this thought has crossed my mind and several others, I see.
It's nice to mix it up sometimes and try new venues. I like the idea of a photography exchange ~ maybe with a monthly theme.
Let me know if you are up to something....I'd be interested.

I have only done digital art challengs but they can be fun especially when there is a tutorial involved. You learn and create at the same time. I am sure you will come up with something wonderful
:) Have a great day

I have been wondering the same, and have also thought about joining something, but right now I have real life challenges going on. 1. Keeping my head above water until the biopsy results are back. 2. Trying to get my business to pick up. 3. Maintaining the many new friendships I've made over the last year, despite a busy schedule and low spirits.

What a great post! It's not exactly a challenge but I'm hosting a giveaway at my blog for a e-course/workshop that focuses hugely on art. For more info and to enter visit http://www.thedomesticpagan.net/2012/08/back-to-school-giveaway.html

I also wanted to let you know that I’ve nominated you for two blog awards! http://www.thedomesticpagan.net/2012/08/iblog-awards.html

I so lurvs the challenges. My first was the We Work for Cheese 30-day writing challenge this past June '12. I then opted into a July photo challenge but the hosting blogger punked out and I ended up doing it anyway. THEN, I tried to host a photo challenge for August (and no showed up) ah, I continued on anyway. I will keep you in mind if I see anything interesting challenges.
