that is AWESOME! i soooo wish i knew how to work digitally. i am so envious of that talent. so much can be done, it's just mind blowing!
thanks for stopping by yellow flower this weekend. it was a weird weekend with all the katrina stuff going on. the mister and i decided to forego it all. we were lucky during the storm. no damage. had jobs. after being friends for close to a year, fell in love when we got home. so it was bittersweet for us.
oh, and i wanted to tell you how i wound up in nola - richard sexton's ELEGANCE & DECADENCE. i looked at that book for 2 years while in arizona and knew i would live here one day... now it's home and i can't imagine being anywhere else!
Amber, I have that same beautiful book. I had to have it after checking it out from the library all summer. I waited for someone to sell it on ebay and got one for a pretty good price. I can stare at those pages for hours. Maybe that's how I'll end up there one day too!
Anna, your artwork is fabulous...I am so enjoying my visit to your beautiful, beautiful blog. What a wonderful artist you are. I have joined your blog and Twitter and look forward to many return visits. I would love to have you join me as well. Hugs, Gayle (in Canada)
Ok, I make overalls in my shop for children all the time, and I am always wearing a pair when working or just running around the house.. I have got to have this wonderful piece for my tag on my overalls or maybe to print on to a piece of fabric and sew onto one of my pairs of overalls. I love it It is soooooooo cute. What a great piece. you are just incredible. Wendy from wonderland
