Something I made while watching the World Cup finals. Congratulations to Spain by the way!
I wasn't quite sure what she was going to be but after I finished I remembered I had this sparkly gold border and I thought a section of it would make a nice tiara and collar for her.
The text is digital. Because the rhinestones were bumpy I couldn't scan it without part of the edges going blurry so I might try again later.
GOOD MORNING ANNA,
ReplyDeleteSHE IS ADORABLE.
CONGRATULATIONS TO SPAIN ALSO BUT IT WAS DEVASTATING WHAT HAPPENED IN GUANA AS THE PEOPLE HAD GATHERED TO WATCH THE SOCCER TOURNAMENT.

I adore your Queen of Bliss! I loved the part, "I wasn't sure what she was going to be." Isn't it interesting that sometimes art creates itself despite us?! - Kathy
ReplyDeleteSo lovely, Anna. She has a lovely look of peace upon her face - love that. Are you using acrylics? (Always a question! I know!!) I also LOVE what you have done with your background to the blog - I was showing my husband your blog over the weekend, and he agreed that it is just so lovely (I think he said, "How Cool!!!") You are, as always, so inspiring!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by and checking out my new window valance.... it's a work in progress, I can't wait to work on it some more today !! I love the Queen of Bliss, she is so beautiful!! This kind of reminds me of something I painted awhile ago.... I will show you later on!
